CrossFit Classes

For the average individual, the elite athlete,

and everyone in between, we offer traditional CrossFit routines to help members reach and exceed their fitness goals. CrossFit workouts are high intensity, have varying exercises, and include a mixture of Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. The CrossFit program will prove to get the each member

where they want to be.

Personal Training

Private Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your nutrition, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Private coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability. â€‹

Competitors Class

Meets every Sunday for two hours. For anyone who wants to elevate their training and interested in learning more high skilled movements involved with competing in the sport of CrossFit (whether it be local competitions, the Open and/or Regionals). While there are no entry standards to get into the competitor’s class, anyone interested should be comfortable with completing movement standards as prescribed.

Barbell Club

Meets every Wednesday and Saturday for 3 hours a week. Learn from some of the best Olympic Weightlifting coaches from the Hudson Valley. 

Challenge Classes

Twelve week nutrition plan based off the three macro-nutrients - protein, carbohydrates and fat. Each plan is personalized for you! Whether it is to help you lose weight, gain muscle, maintain weight, or perform better in the gym.
