GETTING STARTED

Getting started with CrossFit is simple at The Coliseum Strength and Conditioning!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your No Sweat introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us and find out first hand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that The Coliseum Strength is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our Fundamentals Introductory Course.

 

By offering one-on-one training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the Fundamentals Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts after completing your Fundamentals Course.
